Commercial & Contract Law

Legal advice and comprehensive legal support for your business, including registration and changes to commercial companies and the drafting and review of commercial transactions. We assist in resolving disputes and protecting our clients’ interests both out of court and in court proceedings.

Legal assistance on matters relating to real estate and property rights. Drafting of contracts for purchase and sale, lease, tenancy and other property transactions, as well as assistance in disputes concerning the ownership, possession and use of real estate.

The amount of the attorney’s fee is determined individually according to the specific case, its complexity and the volume of work required. The fee is agreed in advance and in writing with the client, in accordance with Ordinance No. 1 of 9 July 2004 on the fees for attorney work. Before we take on the engagement, you will be clearly informed in advance about the amount of the fee and the terms of payment.

Yes – consultations, document review and a large part of the work can be carried out online or by phone, if this is more convenient for you.
